• Attending all civil courts, rent control courts, consumer disputes redressal forums, motor vehicle accident claims tribunals, workmen’s compensation courts, before arbitrators, and revenue courts (MRO’s, RDO’s, Collectorates, CLRs’ and Revenue Tribunals).
• Drafting suits, claim petitions, conducting trial and arguing before the Trial Courts and other related legal consultancy services. Handling Arbitration matters – both pre-reference and post-reference disputes before the courts as well as the arbitrators.
• Vetting and verification of titles of immovable properties, which include inspection, search, and preparation of legal opinion; preparing legal due diligence reports and monitoring of compliances.

• Property lease management and administration of the corporate & individual clients including registration works and handling all kinds of litigation, which stipulates suitable action, wherever there was a violation of terms and conditions of agreements.
• Drafting of all kinds of Anchor Agreements, Sharing Agreements, Attornment Agreements, Amendatory Agreements, and Revival Agreements.
• Drafting of Lease Deeds, Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreements, E-Commerce Services, IT Services, Consultancy Service Agreements, Manpower Management Services, Supply Chain Management/ Purchase, Marketing, Advertising, Civil Engineering, and Interior Work Contracts, Development Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, General Power of Attorney, Agreement of Sales, Sale Deeds, Tripartite Agreements, Gift Deeds, Exchange Deeds, etc., with their business vendors, as per the requirement of my corporate and individual clients.
• Advising clients on issues having legal implication and legal queries pertaining to allied laws and as well, taking care of their claims and/or litigations by and against my corporate & individual clients and ensuring legal compliances, if they brought before me. Reconciling between parties to reach an amicable solution.
• Monitoring the entire work, right from acquisition of land of the individual or corporate client, which includes drafting of conveyances like permissions from statutory authorities and its supervision of compliance like HMDA, DTCP, GHMC layout permissions, registration of RERA and audit reports to RERA, registration works of conveyance; coordinating with clients and concerned department officers.
